Partnership for Employment 2.0 is a free development program for NGOs in the field of employment and labour market training. Why “partnership”? Because we will work together, as partners of change, to accelerate the development and increase the impact of your organization. Why “2.0”? Because we focus on what work will look like in the future. We help you adapt your services and prepare the people in your community for tomorrow’s job market.

How do I know if my NGO is eligible?
Only NGOs from 4 regions of the country (North-West, Centre, North-East and South-West Oltenia) that have included in their organization’s statute, among their objectives, the implementation of specific labour market measures. The project (SMIS Code: 304953) is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, through the Operational Program Education and Employment and has a total value of 4.026.433,57 lei, of which 3.422.468,54 lei is the EU contribution. It will be implemented in the period from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2026.
