Does your NGO help people develop their skills, discover their vocation or find a job?

Then JOIN the Partnership for Employment 2.0 program and take your impact to the next level!

Partnership for Employment 2.0 is a free development program for NGOs in the field of employment and labour market training. Why “partnership”? Because we will work together, as partners of change, to accelerate the development and increase the impact of your organization. Why “2.0”? Because we focus on what work will look like in the future. We help you adapt your services and prepare the people in your community for tomorrow’s job market.

What does the program offer?

In the program, we will activate together the potential of 30 NGOs in the field of employment and training, offering them:

Mentoring. You’ll be supported by mentors to improve your employment services, and a technical expert will help you digitize your organization’s work.
Accredited courses. Your NGO will be able to participate in 3 training courses in 3 key areas: accessing funds, community facilitation and entrepreneurial, financial and legal skills. All courses are accredited by the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity.
International study visits. You will participate in international exchanges, including study visits to Brussels and Turin.
Community. You’ll connect with like-minded organizations and learn how you can make your voice heard at the government level!
