More than 30 NGOs were part of ConectONG. The NGO’s festival took place in the Museum Square of Cluj-Napoca. The festival included more than 40 interactive activities for visitors who discovered the civil society and social-responsible projects of their community.
The festival had more than 4000 visitors and included activities for the whole family, even for our four-legged friends! Science experiments for children, workshops for teenagers and adults, and life-size boardgames are just some of the activities with which the NGOs awaited their visitors.
”„The festival was one of the events through which we wanted to connect people with the positive changes resulting from the good of civil society. And I don't think we could have done it any better than by bringing all these beautiful people and their energy together in one place, for a series of interactive activities, right in the center of the city!””
Paula CiobanuProject manager
The festival was organized within the project „Impact in the spotlight. Building trust in NGOs”, through which we aimed to put the magnifying glass on the positive impact of non-governmental organizations and encourage people to discover social-responsible projects that NGOs implement. It was held with the support of local media partners: Cluj.com – Ghid Local, Radio Cluj, TVR Cluj, Via Cluj Tv and Clujul Copiilor.
