Asociația de Dezvoltare Intercomunitară „Câmpia Transilvaniei”
Fundația CIVITAS pentru Societatea Civilă a început acest demers în anul 2002, când a ajutat la înființarea unor Asociații de Dezvoltare Intercomunitară a Autorităților Locale.
În ultimii 15 ani, cea mai activă dintre aceste structuri înființate a fost Asociația de Dezvoltare Intercomunitară Câmpia Transilvaniei, cu care am avut colaborări anuale, care au constat în organizarea de cursuri, elaborarea de startegii de dezvoltare locală, asistență în dezvoltarea unor servicii furnizate de Asociație.
În 2016 am organizat un eveniment de schimb de experiență, dedicat persoanelor care activează în interiorul primăriilor, din cadrul Asociației de Dezvoltare Intercomunitare Câmpia Transilvaniei. Schimbul de experiență s-a desfășurat pe o perioadă de 3 zile, în zona Eger din Ungaria, iar participanții au fost în număr de aproximativ 45 de persoane.
În cadrul acestei vizite ne-am inspirat din modul de lucru al diverșilor parteneri care derulează proiecte LEADER în zonă, sau gestionează proiecte colaborative ale administrațiilor locale din regiune. În întâlnirile lunare care au avut loc după efectuarea acestei vizite, am dezbătut exemplele văzute în Ungaria și modalități de replicare ale proiectelor respective.
