Context

Civil society organizations (CSOs) play a key role in labour market inclusion in Romania. They contribute to the integration of vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, ethnic minorities or other disadvantaged groups.

Through vocational training, career counselling and facilitating access to job opportunities, CSOs help these groups to develop their skills and find stable employment.

At the same time, CSOs are the ones that can work with public authorities and the private sector to create inclusive policies and raise awareness among employers. Their work is vital to building a more equitable society and reducing social disparities.

What are we aiming to achieve?

Through Partnership for Employment 2.0, we set out to create a development program for organizations active in the field of employment and training. The project is, in fact, a strategy designed to grow stronger organizations, organizations that are more responsive to the needs of their communities and more vocal participants in civic dialogue.

The stated aim of the project is to increase the capacity of civil society organizations to contribute to the inclusion through employment and training of disadvantaged groups and to get involved in the implementation of employment measures, through support actions to strengthen their role in the labour market and their involvement in strengthening the civic dialogue.

Participation in a network of NGOs active in the field of employment and training.
